If you've already purchased the Coffee Pod Kcup holder, then you've already received four of the decorative and interchangable attachments for the 4 seasons (Holly Jolly, Hello Spring, Oh Sweet Summertime, and Happy Fall Y'all). Each attachment has glue dots stuck to the back of it. Just remove the coated paper and stick it to the blank space on the holder.
These attachments are available for $5 each. You can pick and choose which ones you want. They are:
